Patrick Rabbat joined Kearney 10 years ago as a consultant, and has grown the ranks to now join the partnership. Over the past years, Rabbat has served the private equity industry both in pre-deal strategic/operational assessments and in post-deal transformation & value creation across a variety of industries including consumer industries, food & beverages, packaging, travel/leisure and business services.

Guillaume Teixeira has celebrated his 1-year anniversary at Kearney with promotion into the partnership. He specialises in helping corporate and private equity investors on pre-deal strategic and operational due diligence and on post-acquisition value creation initiatives across multiple industries, including building materials, energy & utilities, and financial services.

He has also extensive experience in growth strategy, performance improvement, transformation, turnaround, sales excellence, customer experience change and organisation, and strategic sourcing.

Reda Gomery brings over two decades of experience in digital, IT and data analytics to the partner team. He joined Kearney in 2018 from EY, and previously served fellow Big Four member Deloitte, and digital enterprises Keyrus and Micropole. He has supported dozens of organisations in defining their digital strategy and implementing their technology roadmap.

Commenting on the promotions, Kearney’s boss for France Nicolas Lioliakis took to LinkedIn to state, “We welcome them to the Paris partnership. Their promotions are testament to their contribution to our clients and the trust placed in them by our leaders.”
