Hinesh Patel, Client Director for Health, and Joe McGarry, Client Director for Government & Public Services, have been promoted to Partner at Moorhouse Consulting.
Hinesh Patel’s leadership within the Moorhouse Health Sector has overseen significant growth both in the number of people involved and NHS organisations we support. Most importantly his expertise and career (to date) make a difference that improves the outcome for patients, and the broader society we live in.
Hinesh’s focus and resilience have brought the Health sector at Moorhouse to a place where it is one of the most significant areas of the business, with a reputation for expertise and quality in the market. He has also always been quick to reflect on the incredible talent and support of the people around him.
In his panel, Hinesh brought to life a great story reflecting his journey at Moorhouse and the things that have shaped him as a person including his family, faith, and life experiences.
On his promotion, Hinesh said: "I am delighted to join the Partner Team at Moorhouse. Joe joined Moorhouse as a Principal in 2013. Since then, he has held leadership roles in the health sector, the Programme Management service line, and most recently in establishing our Government & Public Services team. Throughout this time he has consistently shown his exemplary attitude, work ethic, and commitment to his colleagues.
His ability to work calmly through business challenges is a stand-out strength. This can be seen from how he connects with and supports clients, to how he leads and develops his teams.
The significant presence of our Government & Public Services sector is now one of the core pillars of our business and will continue to be so. Joe’s relentless work to build this, together with colleagues, is a testament to their success. Joe’s leadership in Sustainability & Social Value will also provide real benefit to the firm and our clients over the coming years.
