Global strategy consulting firm Kearney has appointed new partners in its Central Eastern European offices of Moscow and Warsaw.
In Kearney’s Warsaw office, Maciej Gawinecki has been promoted to Partner and Managing Director. He has been with the consulting firm since 2005, having joined the consultancy from Accenture where he worked for five years.
Gawinecki has gained experience across a range of services in sectors including financial services, payments, private equity, consumer goods, e-commerce, energy, telecom, oil and gas, and pharmaceuticals. His track record includes supporting clients with strategy, operating model design and transformation, commercial and operational due diligence, performance improvement, customer experience and digital.
He is the global leader of Kearney’s Customer Experience Labs – a practice focused on customer-centered growth through proposition innovation and customer-centricity.
Kearney has been active in Poland since 1990, and in 1996 the firm officially launched its Warsaw office. Gawinecki becomes the third partner in Poland, alongside Poland Country Head and CEE Leader Stefan Marcu and Krystian Kamyk.
Meanwhile, in Moscow, Kearney has promoted Konstantin Lyakhov to Partner and Managing Director. He has been serving the global consultancy for over fifteen years, having joined the firm following his graduation from the Sapienza Università di Roma.
Lyakhov is a member of Kearney’s Metals & Mining, Transportation and Utilities practices, focused on helping clients with business transformation, supply chain, procurement, enterprise transformation, business process re-engineering and digital transformation.
Commenting on the promotions, Stefan Marcu said: “Kostya has proven to be a great consultant, with a passion for business strategy. Maciej specialises in growth and transformation across industries, combined with design thinking and data science, and is one of our global experts in innovation and customer-centricity.”
Their appointment is part of a global intake of 31 new partners worldwide, the majority of which are in the United States and Europe. In Australia the consultancy promoted three to partner.
