Lauren Friedman Stat, a 15-year Accenture veteran, has joined the board of directors of Denver-based analytics software provider Palantir Technologies.
She previously worked as a senior adviser to corporate clients and helped them with strategy development, operational optimization, and change management initiatives, Palantir said.
Stat managed sales, global operations and growth efforts for Accenture’s health care business segment helped the company lead sales efforts, drive growth for a business unit and manage global operations.
Stat holds a bachelor’s degree in science, technology, and society from Stanford University.
Business Insider reported Friday shares in Palantir jumped up to 25 percent after the company’s inaugural demo day announcement and reached an all-time high price of more than $32 apiece.
