Global human capital professional services firm Heidrick & Struggles has appointed three of its seniors in the London office to executive leadership roles.

Jenni Hibbert has been with Heidrick & Struggles for sixteen years, most recently serving as Global Head of the firm’s Financial Services practice. Effective 1 January 2021, she has taken up the newly created role of Global Managing Partner & Head of Search Go-to-Market.

The role sees her take responsibility for all practices of Heidrick & Struggles, including the Global Industry, Corporate Officers and Specialty practices, as well as Strategic Accounts. Hibbert serves on the firm’s Management Committee and reports to CEO Krishnan Rajagopalan, who is based out of Washington.

Commenting on her appointment, Hibbert said: “This new role is an exciting opportunity and in creating such a position, Heidrick & Struggles will be further able to differentiate itself in the marketplace, deepen client relationships and accelerate revenue growth. I am very much looking forward to developing and leading our strategy in how we go to market for our global search practices, in complement with our adjacent businesses.”

Susie Clements has been with Heidrick & Struggles for nine years, having previously served two executive search boutiques. She most recently served as Co-Managing Partner of the Global Financial Officers practice, and now steps up to assume another newly created role of Regional Managing Partner of Corporate Officers.

In the role, she leads the firm’s full portfolio of services aimed at Corporate Officers in finance, human resources, and legal, among others. “I look forward to utilising my broad-based experience and knowledge in functional talent hires to help our clients focus on building out and developing their senior leadership capabilities across their head office teams.”

Sam Burman meanwhile has been named the Global Practice Managing Partner of the Disruptive Innovators Team (which focuses on partnerships with high-growth start-ups) and Specialty practices. He takes on the mandate alongside his existing role of Head of the Digital practice in Europe and Africa.

London-based Burman is also a member of the global Technology & Services and Technology Officers practices. He focuses on helping clients – typically chief digital, chief data, chief product, chief technology, and chief information officers – with building their digital teams.
