AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, announced that Eric Hamann has joined as a Managing Director in the firm’s Digital practice. Eric is based in Washington, D.C., and will be leading the firm’s digitally-focused mergers & acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.
Eric brings more than two decades and a strong track record of experience architecting and executing value-accretive growth and investment strategies. He specializes in M&A transactions that drive transformation through the deepening of digital capabilities to create best-in-class solutions for high-growth companies across a range of industries. Over the course of his career, he has closed 66 transactions globally with a cumulative value greater than $16 billion. Eric has a broad network, expertise across the M&A lifecycle, and has created billions of dollars of equity value for shareholders.
Eric received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from Creighton University in Omaha, NE.
