Global strategy consulting firm McKinsey & Company has appointed 11 new partners in the Middle East.
The US-headquartered company – branded by many as the world’s most prestigious management consulting firm, a title which it owes mainly to its leading corporate strategy skillset (although McKinsey nowadays is active across most segments of the consulting scene including technology) – has been active in the Middle East since 1957.
Today, the consulting firm has a team of more than 700 consultants and staff working from seven offices in the region (Abu Dhabi, Cairo, Doha, Dubai, Kuwait, Manama and Riyadh). The team is led by a privately-held partnership, now 60-plus strong following the addition of eleven new partners.

Commenting on the appointments, McKinsey's managing partner for the Middle East, Gassan Al-Kibsi, said: “A huge congratulations to our newly elected partners in the Middle East.”
Earlier this year, McKinsey welcomed Sonia Wedrychowicz, Mona Hammami, Sami Abou Jamous, Joe Rahi, and Mischa Zielke (back) to the partnership, while the firm saw regional partner Danny Dagher relocate to the Paris office.
