Global strategy consulting firm Bain & Company has appointed five new partners in its London office, lifting the size of its UK partnership to over eighty.

Rajesh Narayan, James Langman, Ori Raveh, and Alden Skidd have all been promoted to partner, while Emeric Karacsonyi has been appointed an expert partner. Their promotions are part of a global intake of 54 partners, 14 of which are across its European offices.

“As we embark on a new year, our firm remains focused on serving our clients in a time of unprecedented changes. We wish all our new partners continued success as they assume their new leadership responsibilities,” said Manny Maceda, Bain & Company’s global managing partner.

Bain & Company has been active in the UK since 1979, when it launched its London office – at the time the firm’s first operation in Europe. Today, the consultancy has over 80 partners based in London, making it one of Bain’s larger offices and also one of the most culturally diverse, featuring people from over 45 countries who speak more than 36 languages.

In 2020, despite the challenging market conditions in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, the global consultancy added eleven partners to its ranks – five in its early year promotion round, and six in its mid-year promotion round.

In the UK, Bain & Company is led by James Hadley, who succeeded Michael Garstka in February last year.
