Cloud-managed service provider Cognizant announced that it was entering an agreement to acquire Microsoft Azure cloud specialist 10th Magnitude, according to a press release on the company’s website. Upon completion of the acquisition, Cognizant will add 10th Magnitude’s Azure expertise to their cloud services offering. The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2020. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
