Jayne Sykes, Partner at PRMA Consulting, announces a new office opening in Singapore and explains how the company is shaping the future of market access for clients in the Asia-Pacific region.
I am delighted to announce the opening of our first Asia-Pacific office in Singapore. It is an important step towards realizing improved market access for pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers with an interest in the Asia-Pacific region.
This region is critical to the future growth plans of our clients and we are leading a number of exciting and ground-breaking projects in the region. Now is the perfect time to strengthen our presence in the region with our local expertise and smarter market access solutions.
This is our second new office opening in 2020. After the great feedback from our February launch in Philadelphia we are excited about the benefits that our new Singapore hub will bring to our clients.
The benefits of having a physical presence in the Asia-Pacific region
Our Singapore hub is in close proximity to some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. The location gives us access to a very large pool of the finest market access talent in the region. Our clients will be able to harness this region-specific expertise to achieve successful market access and commercialization of their assets.
How PRMA Consulting is shaping the future of market access in the Asia-Pacific region?
In many Asia-Pacific markets, market access is broader than formal payer assessments. Through close partnership with clients we have developed robust value assessment frameworks that integrate into our unique digital solution, the PRMA Healthcheck®.
This transformative process and digital application has helped organizations to:
• assess market access and commercialization risks and opportunities and associated evidence needs for products in Asia-Pacific markets
• align global and local thinking across markets that are facing dynamic changes
• consistently apply a structured assessment process to rapidly evolving and complex Asia-Pacific market access landscapes
• ensure that evidence packages include key data to achieve successful market access and commercialization.
This case study provides just one example of how we use our strategic consultancy and transformative digital applications to solve some of the most challenging market access issues facing manufacturers today.
