New Delhi: German luxury car manufacturer Audi has joined hands with Capgemini for cloud service and other digital technology solutions like SAP.
Both the companies have signed an agreement to establish a new company, once the regulatory approvals have been obtained, informs the automaker in a release.
The two companies have a long-standing partnership in developing solutions for digital transformation and co-innovation. The new co-owned company will strengthen this collaboration and leverages their joint capabilities, claims Audi.
As the automaker claims, the name of the new company along with other details will be disclosed later.
