Global strategy consulting firm McKinsey & Company has over the past period appointed five partners in its French team.
Aurélia Bettati is a partner at McKinsey & Company focused on growth strategies, marketing & sales and commercial topics, with a focus on consumer facing industries. She joined McKinsey from Arthur D. Little, where she worked for nineteen years, latterly as a partner and Global Head of the firm’s Strategy and Organisation practice.
Stephanie Lotz is partner focused on consumer facing topics and service redesign, with a focus on the health insurance sector. She relocates to the Paris office from Stuttgart, where she latterly was a Principal Associate. German-origin Lotz holds a doctorate in economics and a master's degree in engineering.
Carsten Lotz serves clients mainly in the transport, energy and infrastructure sectors. His areas of expertise include mega-project management and recovery, procurement and capital projects (CAPEX) optimisation, and environmental transition strategies Lotz leads McKinsey's global transport infrastructure practice.
François Videlaine specialises in helping clients with growth strategies, digital business models and operations, with a focus on the consumer goods and retail clients. He joins from rival Kearney, where he was a partner and the French lead of the Consumer Industries & Retail and Strategy & Top-Line Transformation practices. Earlier in his career, Videlaine served Bain & Company, Rise Conseil, Deloitte Consulting and KPMG.
Stefano Zerbi has been promoted to senior partner. He has been with the consulting firm since 2005, and currently leads the commercial transformation offering for consumer packaged goods and retail clients. His areas of expertise include revenue growth management, advanced analytics applied to commercial levers and post-merger integration. Earlier in his career, he worked at Whirlpool and aeronautics, defense and security specialist Leonardo.
Earlier this year, McKinsey promoted three of its senior advisors – Karim Tadjeddine, Nicolas Maechler, Stéphane Bout – in France to partner.
