Scandinavian Valcon and First Consulting (including First Technology) have decided to join forces as part of their journey to become a leading North-Western European consulting & technology company. After the bundling with SmartRules in 2019, this is the next step in realizing a Northwestern-European consulting & technology organization.
Both companies will continue under their own brand with a continued focus on connecting strategy and operations for their clients. They will also operate with an increased scale and capability across Northern Europe.
The new group will possess leading capabilities within strategically driven operations improvement and transformation, founded upon a strong track record in strategic operations consulting, change, digitization, technology, and data analytics/AI.

With this step, the combined company grows to 520 people in the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and Germany. The company will get a joint management team with Geert van den Goor as Group Managing Partner.
