Global strategy and management consulting Oliver Wyman has promoted five of its consultants in Germany to partner level.

Philipp Deibert

Philipp Deibert has been with Oliver Wyman since the summer of 2017, having previously served as General Manager of the Next Generation Mobile Networks (NGMN) Alliance for nine years, and spent nearly five years as a consultant in the Telecoms practice of Booz Allen Hamilton.

The Frankfurt-based partner specialises in helping clients in the telecom and enterprise communication landscape with growth strategies, restructuring, go-to-market and sales, technology, performance improvement, process optimisation, sourcing and large-scale transformation programmes.

Cornelius Herzog

Appointed a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Munich office, Cornelius Herzog is part of the firm’s Transportation and Supply Chain & Logistics practices. He supports postal, parcel and logistics companies in the European and North American markets with a focus on transport, e-commerce and distribution. His consulting focus includes strategy, operations, supply chain and digital solutions in the area of ​​advanced analytics.

Herzog has served the firm for nearly a decade. Earlier in his career, Herzog worked as an entrepreneur and briefly served two other management consulting firms in Germany.

Martin Stolz

Based in Dusseldorf, Martin Stolz is a strategic advisor, project manager and subject matter expert to clients in the financial services, as well as to organisations in the public sector. He specialises in regulatory, finance and risk topics. Stolz has been with Oliver Wyman for over eight years, and has worked out of the firm’s Munich and Dusseldorf offices.

Nicole Tews

Nicole Tews is a partner in Oliver Wyman's Transport & Logistics practice in Berlin. She advises railway companies and mobility service providers on topics including transformation, operational excellence and strategic issues. During her professional career, she also held management positions at European railway companies.

Henning Tielker

Henning Tielker is a Düsseldorf-based member of Oliver Wyman’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice. He primarily advises German and international companies in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on major value creation and transformation projects in the areas of strategy and business model, sales, after-sales and pricing, as well as cost reduction and turnaround.
