Just over a month after landing a $250 million investment round that brought its total valuation to a whopping $4 billion, travel booking and management provider TripActions is rolling out a consulting arm.

TripActions Consulting will help client corporations navigate not only supplier innovations like New Distribution Capability and Next Generation Storefront but also a more tech-savvy traveler base that demands a consumerlike shopping experience, the company said.

The consultancy will help customers incorporate the latest supplier sourcing technologies; negotiate supplier agreements for air, lodging and car; and develop and implement a high-touch travel program by leveraging market analytics and insights.

"As we've grown our customer portfolio, we've seen companies of every size and industry around the world face similar challenges when creating robust, scalable travel programs," said, TripActions co-founder and CEO Ariel Cohen.

Rolling out first to a select group of customers, TripActions Consulting will be fully available to all customers in the upcoming months, the company said.
