Retail data firm IRI has appointed Carrie Shea as Managing Partner of Growth Consulting for its Strategic Analytics division.
The Growth Consulting practice, which Shea will work with partners to expand, combines IRI granular data and advanced analytics with strategic thinking to identify sustainable and profitable organic and acquisition growth opportunities.
Shea brings more than 25 years of growth strategy and due diligence consulting experience in the retail, manufacturing and private equity industries, most recently as President and Chief Transformation Officer of North America for Ipsos. Earlier she co-founded Griffin Strategic Advisors, a growth strategy boutique later acquired by Acosta; and before this she held senior roles at Archstone Consulting, A.T. Kearney and The Cambridge Group. Shea earned both her bachelor's degree and her MBA from The University of Chicago.
