Health advisory and insight consultancy, Cello Health, has launched Cello Health GmbH and opened a Berlin office, appointing two regional directors.

Heike Tombrink joins as regional director, head of Cello Health Insight Germany and Matthias Heurich as regional director, supporting digital innovation.

Tombrink has more than 20 years’ experience as a strategic market research consultant – spending 16 years at GfK – working internationally for pharmaceutical, medical supplies and medtech companies. Her role is effectively country head of Cello Health Insight in Germany.

Heurich previously worked client-side as a market research consultant at Eli Lilly. His focus is on large-scale quantitative studies and advanced analytics.

Jane Shirley, CEO Cello Health Europe, said: “Opening in mainland Europe will bring with it a number of benefits, and is a key part of our overall strategy. This is an important first step in providing additional on the ground support for our current European clients, and also accessing a wider talent pool as we grow.”

Kudos Research, Cello Health’s premium quality, data collection and analysis unit, already has a new telephone unit in place in Berlin led by divisional director Volker Balk, which opened in March.
