As part of Publicis Sapient’s growth phase, the digital transformation hub of Publicis Groupe is bolstering its strategy and consulting service and digital transformation capabilities with four senior appointments in Australia.
Jane Headon joins as Director, Strategy, and Consulting, with a substantial track record in helping clients navigate unprecedented rates of change in technology, and harnessing data and AI to re-imagine customer engagement. Prior to joining Publicis Sapient, Jane spent three years leading Avanade’s Strategy and Change practice and her most recent engagements include leading platform and personalisation strategies for clients across a range of sectors including energy, education, health insurance, and government.
Fiona Morphett and Christopher Toyberg-Frandzen have also joined Publicis Sapient’s Strategy and Consulting practice as Manager, Strategy and Consulting respectively.
With close to 15 years experience, Fiona has a diverse career background having worked at KPMG, Kantar Millward Brown and the Attorney-General’s Department. Most recently Fiona was Strategic Transformation Manager at Telstra and she is passionate about the customer view and working with clients to change the way they work and how they think about what they do.
Christopher joins Publicis Sapient from his Copenhagen-based role as Group Transformation Lead – Payment Solutions at Danske Bank. He successfully led strategic planning and implementation to deliver on the bank’s key initiative: the provision of a ‘one banking’ solution through a new payment solutions platform.
Newly in the role of Associate Director, Product Management, Bruce McLeod comes to Publicis Sapient with over 20 years experience leading technical teams implementing high-quality enterprise outcomes. Bruce has worked within companies including CBA, Microsoft, Menulog, Macquarie Group, and most recently Thoughtworks. Bruce is focused on delivering customer value through the application of technology strategy and engineering excellence using lean and agile methods.
