Independent asset management consultancy, Imagile Professional Services Limited (IPSL), is celebrating two years of business success with annual turnover growth of more than 120 per cent.

Set up in April 2017, the firm has completed more than 1,400 projects for hundreds of public and private sector clients in the UK, working across multiple sectors including education, healthcare and transport.

The Bristol-headquartered consultancy now employs 53 staff – up 73 percent over the two-year period – with specialist services including Whole Life Cost Consulting; Construction Delivery and Project Management, and Health, Safety and Environment.

“We are incredibly proud of what IPSL has achieved over the past two years – we now have over 50 employees and have seen impressive growth in all areas of the business,” said Gary Brown, Managing Director at IPSL.

“We pride ourselves on the depth of knowledge and experience within our teams, and our success has been built on our ability to provide objective, expert advice and a range of professional services for our clients.”

IPSL also has a strong track record of supporting apprentices and under-graduates many of which are working towards completing degree level apprenticeships or have also been supported by the firm to study for extra qualifications including degrees in Chartered Surveying and Business Administration alongside their day-to-day responsibilities.

Gary continued: “At IPSL, we recognise that our employees are our most valuable assets and it was always key for us that we created a workplace where the very best industry professionals wanted to work, and one where talent can develop and thrive.

“This meant creating a culture that is both ambitious and supportive and the success we’ve seen over the past two years is a testament to the fantastic teams we have built.”

The firm has almost doubled its staff count in the first two years and is currently recruiting across a number of departments due to continued growth in client demand.

Luke Body, Deputy Managing Director at IPSL, said: “It’s been incredibly rewarding to see the company grow over the past two years and to see how our employees have developed and excelled alongside us. We have no intention of slowing down and we have a clear plan in place to ensure we continue moving forward.

“Over the past two years, we have worked on a wide variety of projects for public and private sector clients and have delivered outcomes that we are exceptionally proud of. Looking to the future, it’s extremely important to us that we maintain the strong client relationships we’ve built and continue to add value in line with their needs and objectives.”
