A Bristol-based internal communications agency has been snapped up by Deloitte.

Stitch Communications, which is owned and managed Emma Dawson, is an internal communications agency, specialising in creating pay and reward communications that help employers to engage with staff.

Stitch’s eleven-strong team officially joined Deloitte at the beginning of this month, expanding the firm’s footprint in the South West and enabling it to harness the region’s specialist expertise and talent to benefit local, national and global clients.

The acquired business will help enhance Deloitte’s current offerings for HR programmes, such as reward and benefit strategies.
