KPMG has made 20 promotions across its Audit, Tax and Advisory teams based at Hills Road in Cambridge, including three new directors.
Matt Evans, a corporate tax specialist, who joined KPMG’s East Anglian Tax practice 19 years ago has been promoted to Tax Director alongside David Johnson who has been with the firm since 2006 and is now Audit Director.
They are joined by Joe Faulkner, who has been promoted to Director of Business Development for the East Anglian region and who will also take a lead role in the management of the firm’s Norwich office, succeeding Steve Muncey who is retiring this month.
A further four employees were promoted to senior manager level within the business with Harry Simmons and Sam Bell both promoted within the Corporate Finance function following a hugely busy year for the Cambridge team.
Jonathan Seager and Liandi Venter were promoted to Audit Senior Manager as the audit practice continues to grow, having already seen 22 new graduates and apprentices join the office so far this year.

KPMG’s Cambridge office is based at Botanic House and has over 125 staff providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services to local businesses.
