INDIA SALARY DATA - APRIL 2022
2022 has seen a huge upward movement in salaries for Management Consultants in the region across India as the world economy recovers from the Coronavirus. There has been further exacerbation of salaries with hard-to-find skill sets such as Digital and Tech. This appears to be due to firms needing these skills sets making every possible effort to entice talent away from competitors. This upward increase has been magnified even more due to the increased demand for consulting talent from Indian Corporates, start-ups, Private Equity, and the firms outside India willing to sponsor India’s top consulting minds.
The net effect is that salaries have increased by 7.4% in general, but we have documented an 11.3% increase in those hard-to-find skills.
