Challenge:
In a time where many companies are being reactive on the market, one of Consulting Point’s clients was looking to be proactive and bring in an Equity Partner to further build out their Customer Experience offering in the DACH region. The brief required an individual with extensive consulting experience, a significant reputation and network in the Customer Experience market and proven leadership and the ability to develop and mentor junior staff effectively.
Solution:
Our well-established network in the consulting sector enabled us to connect with several high-calibre professionals who we held longstanding relationships with, who were not actively considering a move. From these conversations we were able to quickly curated a shortlist of exceptional candidates and swiftly moved several through the selection process.
Results:
Although we had a number of candidates that were of interest, one candidate stood out to our client due to his experience successfully building a similar practice for one of their competitors in the past. In addition, his passion for building out a business and growing the reputation and footprint of this firm in the Customer Experience space was very well received. After presenting his comprehensive business plan and vision for the practice, the leadership team quickly decided to start proceedings to extended an offer. Leveraging our strong relationship with the candidate, we managed their expectations through a process which takes significant time. The candidate's relatively short notice period allowed our client to onboard a highly skilled Equity Partner quickly, ensuring immediate impact and continued success in their Customer Experience practice.
