The Private Equity practice of this well known consulting firm was looking to expand their presence even further into France. The Paris-based PE practice desperately needed a senior manager to help take this practice area to the next level.
Through a detailed mapping exercise, an up-and-coming senior manager was identified from a competitor firm. Although recalcitrant regarding external opportunities, through a meticulous interview process the candidate eventually realized the sui generis role our client had created. The final position and responsibilities created were too good to ignore and although the candidate was counter-offered he was elated in accepting the PE Advisory position with our client.

He started his career off with an MBA from Aston University and then was a corporate strategy consultant for UPS in the US and Europe. He was headhunted to join Andersen Consulting and helped develop the Strategy Practice. He also had significant experience in the digital sector heading up iXL Scient across Europe. He joined Consulting Point and is a Director within the firm focusing on verticals including TMT, Retail CPG, FS, and Industrials. His sector expertise covers Corporate Strategy, Marketing & Sales, and Operations
