Through our network, we identified an individual with an experienced background in Strategy and Enterprise IT in telecommunication technologies from a highly reputable firm.
Our candidate was looking for stronger strategic approach to consulting, which is what our client could offer. For 11 weeks the individual was able to meet with Partners of the practice, going through structured interviews and a thorough process to assess a potential fit, the result was an offer from our client. We were able to offer support throughout the process to both parties, to ensure the completed result
