A leading Digital Transformation Consultancy were urgently seeking a senior talent with expertise in Enterprise Architecture & Business Architecture to join their expanding Technology Advisory team. The selected candidate would get the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects in both public and private sectors, providing strategic advisory services around technology architecture.
Solution:
We were able to reach out to our extensive network of Technology Architects and identified a versatile Management Consultant with expertise across Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, Technology Strategy, IT Target Operating Models as well as experience with various architecture frameworks including TOGAF & ArchiMate. The successful candidate was from a competitor consulting firm and had worked on projects in energy & utilities, transport, telecommunications and public sector.
Results:
The candidate moved quickly through the comprehensive assessment process, delivering a polished presentation to a panel of assessors at the final stage. The client was impressed with the candidates’ vision and approach to Enterprise & Business Architecture challenges based on the Case Study provided.
