Tier 1 management consulting firm were looking to further develop their Business Agility Practice and instructed Consulting Point to help with the search. Our client needed candidates who have a strong background in Agile Transformation & Agile Coaching and who had experience in advising clients around Agile Operating Models, Agile Value Stream and performing Agile Maturity Assessments. Any industry certifications in Agile, such as SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), Coaching (ICAgile etc.) would be highly desirable.
We successfully identified an experienced Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer (RTE) who was looking to take the next step in her career towards being an Agile Coach. She was a Certified Scrum Master and Certified SAFe Agilest who had completed a Graduate Scheme for a major Blue Chip organisation and had worked on a range of Digital Transformation projects as well as taken on internal positions as an Agile Coach.
The candidate quickly progressed through a two stage interview process including a final stage Assessment Centre interview. Having impressed throughout the process and being a standout candidate during the group session she would then made an offer which was accepted. The client was delighted to have secured a top-talent from industry who they are keen to develop as an Agile Coach. The candidate is very much looking forward to transitioning her career from industry into the management consulting sector and is excited about her new role.
