Our client needed an experienced strategy senior manager who had expertise in delivering major Digital Transformation programmes for a range of clients across retail banking, cards/payments and fintech.
Consulting Point has a strong network within the Indian FS market and successfully identified an exceptional talent from a competitor consulting firm who had a strong background in FS having delivered many Digital Transformation projects across banks in India. The selected candidate had completed a graduate scheme with a Tier 1 management consulting firm and had been fast-tracked receiving multiple promotions over the last few years and also winning numerous awards for high performance.
The candidate progressed quickly through the four-stage process and the client was extremely impressed with their final interview. After a short negotiation from Consulting Point, the candidate quickly accepted the offer and is looking forward to starting their new challenge.
