We worked closely with each candidate to ensure they were able to prepare effectively for each stage, engaging with them throughout the process and providing resources to assist them. This allowed them to approach us with any questions or queries and we were able to advise them on key points, to confirm that this would be the right the next step in their career.
At the end of the process, one candidate clearly stood out as the strongest fit for the client and, working alongside us, they were able to present the right offer to confirm the candidate's acceptance quickly and easily. The client was pleased to secure a key hire within their growth plans and in turn, the candidate was able to make a positive career move and start their journey within a top strategy firm.
