Our client was seeking to attract the best talent at Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager grades for their expanding CIO Advisory practice.
Consulting Point successfully identified an experienced Management Consultant from the Technology Strategy practice of a Big 4 Management Consulting firm who had won numerous industry awards during her career and had been a leading advocate for gender diversity in her previous firm. She has a range of skills across IT Operating Model, IT Service Management (ITSM), Technology Architecture, Technology Strategy, Technology Advisory, Technology Change & Adoption and has deep industry expertise in Public Sector & Defence. She also has a number of certifications including ITIL v3 Foundations Certification, Leading Scaled Agile, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and PRINCE2.
The candidate quickly moved through the three stage interview process including delivering an impressive presentation to the panel. The candidate had a number of options but decided she wanted to work for a boutique management consulting firm as it was a better cultural fit and more in line with her career aspirations. The client was very happy to secure a top talent from the Big 4 for their CIO Advisory practice and feel this candidate is a future star for their UK team.
