A VC backed Data Science and Analytics company identified the US as one of their key areas for growth. Reaching out to Consulting Point to aid them in their talent identification, retention and brand awareness, a strategy was developed regarding the critical needs of the business. Following several senior candidates joining the team, the need for delivery focussed individuals became apparent.
The correct candidate required several capabilities, ranging from stakeholder management and operational delivery to the ability to create ML models and work with NLPs.
