The need for a well-experienced consultant, who could liaise with clients and senior stakeholders whilst understanding the technical capabilities of data specialists was critical for the AI/ML focussed firm. A professional with notable skills operating in both strategy and operations, with the ability to lead a variety of teams on projects for Fortune500 clients. The individual has to be someone who enjoys utilising data to bring about realistic and tangible results for their clients, whilst being able to cultivate relationships and bring new logos to the firm.
Consulting Point identified several individuals suitable for the position. Qualification conversations proceeded the initial introductions, which swiftly moved to face-to-face meetings for shortlisted candidates, which equated to the selected candidate having a very positive outcome – offered received and accepted.
