Our global IT consultancy is the largest in the world by capitalisation.
Consulting Point were referred to the Practice Partner of this newly formed division, due to past success with the consulting side. The SAP services are expanding into Advisory, in order to compete with the traditional Big 10.
Our approach was specific; approach candidates to work for a leading historical brand, which has always been viewed in the market as delivery, change their perceptions of the company and that this the sole remit of the position being pure C-Level Advisory.
We identified potential consultants who possessed functional SAP Architecture, whose career aspirations are to assist with Business Transformation and deal with directly stakeholders as opposed to traditional project implementation.
Within 3 weeks one candidate was sourced from a competitor. The candidate was frustrated in his career and not able to focus on the area of Advisory, undervalued by his employer and just an implementation consultant. After two high level interviews, both candidate and client were extremely happy with the outcome. With a clear defined strategy paths for both parties equating a mutual fit.
