The need to attract a highly ambitious senior consultant with a deep understanding of Telecommunications and Media to act as a lynch pin for this specialized consulting firm based in the DACH region was critical.
In addition to this the need to readdress the balance from a gender perspective was also a factor that made the search a testing one.
