Our client is a global Management Consulting firm who were looking to expand their Digital Transformation consulting team with an additional Business Architect to help clients define their digital strategy and build the business case for investing in digital. We needed to find an experienced Business Architect who had extensive experience of designing business models for the digital era, a strong background in Design Thinking and with expertise in Agile / Scrum / Kanban / SAFe methodologies.
After an extensive search we identified an experienced Business Architect who had come from a strong Digital Business Analyst, Scrum Master & Product Owner background, was Scaled Professional Scrum and Scaled Professional Scrum Certified with experience across a range of Agile Methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe & Nexus. The successful candidate was working for a mid-sized technology consulting firm and was looking to take the next step in his career towards being a dedicated Business Architect for a tier 1 management consulting firm on focus on innovation digital transformation programmes.
