Marketing leading, full-service Digital & Creative Agency were seeking to hire a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant for their expanding UK team. They were looking to attract top digital talent with expertise on major digital projects within the Central Government sector.
After an extensive search, we successfully identified an exceptional candidate from a competitor Digital Transformation Consultancy who was a Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) who had in-depth expertise on the design and delivery of digital solutions within both Local and Central Government.
The candidate enjoyed the recruitment process and she also had some follow up conversations with the Digital team post-job offer which helped her make the decision to accept the role.
