A Global Management Consulting firm was experiencing major demand within their People & Change Practice for candidates with expertise in Organisational Change Management. Our client was seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant who had worked on major Technology Transformation programmes involving Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace.
We successful identified and approached an exceptional, passive candidate with a 1st class degree who was a PROSCI Certified Change Consultant working for a leading Microsoft Partner. The selected candidate had recently completed a project as the Lead Organisational Change Management Consultant on a global Digital Workplace Transformation programme, which also included a rapid Microsoft Teams deployment.
Our candidate had been involved in developing a clear roadmap identifying key stakeholders, departments and end-user personas as part of their Microsoft O365 Technology Adoption programme. The candidate swiftly progressed through the two stage interview process and was selected ahead of a strong shortlist of potential hires. The client was extremely happy with the calibre of candidates presented during their search for this Organisational Change Management role.
