Leading Digital Agency & Digital Transformation Consultancy were seeking a Managing Partner level individual to be the Head of Europe with the remit to scale up the business across the region to support their rapid growth plans. The client needed an individual who had previous expertise leading full service, multi-country digital agency across Europe and had a strong track record of running a large P&L, increasing revenues and building new business units.
We successfully introduced a Board level individual from one of the world’s largest Digital Agencies who was a renowned Growth Champion and had previously held regional leadership positions across multiple brands covering digital, creative, communications and media with a team of circa 2,000+ digital consultants. This individual had expertise across CX and marketing: data and CRM, eCommerce, marketing modernization, digital technology, innovation, brand positioning, creative and digital, social campaigns, digital and performance media planning. The candidate had a track record of delivering 30% year on year growth as well as leading strategically large deals upwards of $100m. The selected candidate played a key role in 8 acquisitions where he was able to identify targets, shape costings, close deals, integrate new business and scale-up.
The candidate had numerous meetings with key stakeholders at the board level and enjoyed the hiring process throughout. The client was happy to secure this top digital talent from a competitive Digital Agency in what will be a key strategic hire to further establish their expansion plans as a challenger brand amongst Tier 1 Digital Transformation Consulting firms.
