Consulting Point were mandated to build the strategy capacity of a boutique top-tier management consulting firm in the DACH region, successfully sourcing talent from Consultant through to Partner over a past 18 months.
With the pivotal position of Head of Consulting, Consulting Point were able to quickly leverage their DACH network with the successful candidate introduced and offered over a six week period. Given the importance of the position, Consulting Point ensured that the firm were given a plethora of options, with differing levels of experience and focuses.
The new Head of Consulting has all the relevant experience to compliment the firms current offering while also processing the ability to open new functional and industry-focussed areas for expansion.
