Consulting Point was informally asked by one of our clients, to show the current market conditions appeared in her area of expertise. After much discussion and agreement, it was suggested that we approached competitors in confidence.
With an already a historic relationship with this Top Tier global giant, we approached the Country Director with our now, candidate. Advising the Country Director, we felt that there was value-add in securing the services of this talented Managing Director from a rival firm.
After several on-line meetings with peers across Europe and meeting in person, there was no questionable doubt of the cultural and professional fit from both parties.
There is much excitement with the appointment and Consulting Point are expected to support the growth of this Division.
