Consulting Point has been supporting the growth of a boutique M&A advisory house in London, acting as their talent advisors and proactively identifying exceptional individuals in the market to develop a number of practice areas. Looking to further expand their post-deal team and their European network, we were able to leverage our contacts in this industry and introduce a candidate from a major consulting firm who was seeking a move to a more dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Following on from a positive introductory meeting we were able to hold several interviews, working closely with the candidate to ensure they were thoroughly briefed and coached at each stage. Our client was highly impressed and was keen to make an offer, which was gladly accepted. We look forward to them starting in the new year and further partnering with our clients on their continued growth and European expansion.
