A new key client of Consulting Point based in China were looking to expand their strategy and transformation capability and contacted Consulting Point to help with attracting and sourcing the best Mandarin speaking Directors in management consulting in mainland China
Consulting Point conducted a global search through their offices in Boston, London, and Hong Kong and produced a shortlist of suitable candidates within 3 weeks of receiving the mandate. The long list of 328 candidates was then reduced to a shortlist of 14 candidates and our client moved fast to interview these candidates.
