The innovation arm of a digital consulting group, who is looking for designing accessible and impactful services and products for their clients, was seeking experienced UX Designers to join their digital agency team. The selected candidate is required to be equipped with agile, digital perspectives, and exceptional prototyping skills. We quickly identified a list of potential talents, followed by screening by challenging questions and selection of the very best one. The selected candidate had deep expertise in UX Design and Visual Design working for a leading Digital Agency. She had gained a range of skills across InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Axure RP, Invision and had an excellent portfolio of UX Design projects.
The assignment took 5 weeks from initial introduction to offer acceptance with rapid responses and special interview arrangement from our client. Encountering a dual offer from a competitor firm, we were able to negotiate salary and opportunities in the middle ground and move the candidate forwards at the fastest pace. With the adjusted offer and learning opportunities explained, the candidate was extremely happy to join the team and is planning on growing continuously with her future employer.
