Our client is a market-leading Digital Consulting firm with a strong presence globally who required assistance within their public sector offering in London. The vacancy required a Senior Consultant with adaptable digital talents which could be swiftly brought in to meet increasing client demand for this skillset.
We highlighted several strong candidates with the eventual successful candidate standing out from early on as a strong fit, due to their strong background in Scrum and Agile Business Analysis practices. Once the candidate had completed the process and our client had decided that this was the candidate they would like to secure, the client then had to compete with several other firms who were also interested in this candidate. Consulting Point worked very closely with the candidate and client, both of whom we had strong relationships with, to make sure that the move was the right one and that the entire package (beyond salary) made the decision an easy one.
