Digital Point has been supporting one of the worlds leading providers of reinsurance, as it invests in the Data Science department. The scope to was to identify and secure a German-speaking talent who came from a higher educational background who has a statistical mindset.
Our search was locally sourced, identifying an individual with the right technical skills. We continually made contact with both parties throughout the process, even during the pandemic lockdown, and communicated to enable resumption discussion at the earliest opportunity.
With a three-stage interview process, an experienced technical Data Engineer accepted the offer and cannot wait to get started!
