The opportunity to develop and lead a significant part of the digital practice covering the Nordics was an exceptional one. This top tier global firm asked us to find an ambitious candidate who had the energy to take this role and make it their own.
The search was an extensive one and a suitable candidate was not found local but abroad. Through a very fast turn around combining VC calls and a number of final F2F meetings a senior candidate who exceeded the clients expectations was found. She now has the opportunity to take the digital practice to the next level and position it as market leader in the next 12 months.
