A new client of Consulting Point was looking to hire a key person into their Change Management practice who could sit between their Senior Consultants and the leadership. They were particularly keen on candidates who were already experienced within consulting, allowing the leadership to put them as lead on projects within a short period of time. Due to the specific requirements of the company and the complexity of the position, this firm had struggled to find any candidates that possessed the mix of skillset they needed; which led to them reaching out to Consulting Point.
Through our network we were able to supply three strong candidates from a variety of backgrounds that fit the brief, all three were then invited to interview. One candidate stood out and after a final interview the client was very quick to want to submit an offer for our candidate, this was discussed with Consulting Point to ensure the offer would be presented in the right way. The offer was accepted by the candidate immediately and due to the candidate’s situation, they were able to start on relatively short notice, which pleased the client.
