A long-standing relationship with a Global Management Consultancy in the Middle East looking to leverage Forensic Services with a critical senior hire to thrive revenue growth in the practice. Using our global extensive network within the sector, we were able to identify several key individuals in different regions that demonstrated the capabilities and expertise to grow the practice in the region.
Over the course of 5 months, the selected candidate went through several stages speaking with various Partners of the firm and travelled to the region to meet the team, this was a challenging assessment as it was a lifetime decision for our candidate and the individual wasn’t traceable by normal channels. The selected candidate brings a wealth of experience building practices from scratch, exceptional client engagement and business development achieved targets in financial services and public sectors.
Throughout our close relationship with the candidate and client, we were able to advise both parties on timeframes and further processes as we were dealing with strictly tight schedules and helped managed the process to keep momentum on further interviews. The candidate reviewed the offer and is excited to join the firm
