Consulting Point is working closely with boutique Management Consultancy firm within its Local Government consulting team. Our client needed to hire an experienced Local Government expert with skills in People & Change including Cultural Change, Behavioural Change and Transformation. We successfully headhunted a very bright individual who had completed the renowned National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP) graduate scheme for Local Government and had worked for a number of major transformation programmes with a range of Local Authorities.
The selected candidate was a Qualified PRINCE2, Agile and Change Management Practitioner with expertise across Adult Social Care, Children Services, Policy, Performance and Communications, Service Transformation / Service Redesign, Target Operating Model, Project Management, Change Management and Agile Delivery.
