We were mandated by our client, a global management consultancy to help source an Associate Director level consultant for their advisory people and change team who had specific skills across organisation design, HR transformation and talent management. These roles focused on the growing demand for these services across their client based in the UAE.
Due to the importance of the role and the client's timescales, we sourced a local candidate in The GCC who had just left one of the ‘Big 4’ and was searching a new opportunity. We delivered the completed assignment within 5 weeks of receiving the job specification to offer and made this successful placement with the candidate starting within 3 weeks of accepting the offer whilst visa arrangements are made.
